Ego and Archetype is the first album by Aphéa, a record released on December 21, 2024, and inspired by Carl Jung’s theory of individuation.

Aphéa is a 3-ìece instrumental post-rock band from Geneva, Switzerland, formed by Nikos Charalampous (guitar, drums), Toscan Donat (guitar), and Dimitris Stafylakis (bass).
